HOW DOES IT WORK?

GPS and QR-code verifies correct check-in and on-site presence of carer.

In case of deviation or emergency, the carer can perform a critical video recording or ask for online assistance from the back-office directly in the VCC Mobile.

Upon check-out, duration, all data; video, audio & voice-to-text logs are uploaded and stored in secured in the back-office system, with the possibilities for digital transcription of the visit (Care Note) & a secure & dedicated Family Portal.
