We strongly believe that integrating VCC into our operations will help us maintain our position as a leading home care provider in South West England. We’re also confident that AI is the way forward—not only in reducing administrative workload, but also in automatically identifying patterns and trends. Ultimately, we want a system that works for the care providers, not the other way around.

While it’s still early for us to fully assess all the benefits of this innovation, and we’re in the process of gathering feedback from our carers and clients, we genuinely believe this revolutionary tool has the potential to significantly enhance the quality and transparency of our service. It could also support staff retention, attract newcomers to the care sector, and help us engage more private clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

GPS and QR-code verifies correct check-in and on-site presence of carer.

In case of deviation or emergency, the carer can perform a critical video recording or ask for online assistance from the back-office directly in the VCC Mobile.

Upon check-out, duration, all data; video, audio & voice-to-text logs are uploaded and stored in secured in the back-office system, with the possibilities for digital transcription of the visit (Care Note) & a secure & dedicated Family Portal.
